Your real estate agent should have access to the multiple listing service if it is available in your area. Multiple Listings include the following for sale home and property details:

• Annual property tax

• Current financing (when assumable)

• Location

• Photograph(s)

• Price

• Utilities

Newspaper ads / internet

Your real estate agent has many listings that may not appear in newspaper ads or on the internet because daily new listings come onto the market.

When previewing a home

• Ask about local schools - shopping - transportation.

• Ask questions about the home and discuss the home and any objections / concerns you have.

• Ask specific questions about the home's construction, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling systems, etc.

• Write notes when previewing a home so you will be able to discuss the details later with your real estate agent.
